Welcome and thank you for your interest in the GinnTree Shop, located alongside my Reiki practice in Sacramento, California. Sometimes you can’t make it in for a personal Reiki appointment. Or perhaps you want something to help calm the energy of your home or work environment. I was inspired to create my Reiki-infused candles from this vacancy and my passion for helping people discover their soul’s needs through Reiki and integrative healing. Shipping and Receiving

Currently I only ship within the continental US and Canada. If you are outside of these areas and would like to place an order, please use my contact form to submit a request so we can discuss options.

A Free Local Pickup option is available to those in the Sacramento area. If you’re having trouble with this option at check-out, please contact me. Once your order is submitted, I will email you at the address provided to set up a time for you to pickup your order.

As a small business just starting out, right now I’m only offering Flat Rate shipping through USPS. If you’re only buying 1 candle, consider ordering with friends to get the most out of your shipping costs!

Here are my current shipping prices:

Shipping within the US
1-6 items: $13.60
7-8 items: $18.85
9-12 items: $27.20

Shipping to Canada (in USD)
1-6 items: $45.95
7-8 items: $59.95
9-12 items: $91.90

Orders should be shipped within 2 business days of receiving payment. If it takes longer due to a backlog, I will contact you immediately.

Once shipped your order should arrive within 1-10 business days, depending on distance and your local post office. A tracking number will be emailed to you when one is available.

During the warmer seasons, packaged candles left on hot porches have the potential to melt. Please keep an eye on your order’s tracking status to help prevent packages being left out too long. If you have a shady or cooler delivery area, please leave a sign out for the delivery person or let me know and I will try to put in a request (though I can’t make any guarantees).


All orders require payment in full prior to shipment.

I accept payments through PayPal and all major credit cards *via PayPal.

*A PayPal account is not required for you to pay through PayPal. You can opt out and use your debit or credit card without having to sign up.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you are unhappy with your purchase or the item is damaged, please contact me explaining the issue. If you would like to return or exchange an item, the item must be UNUSED and the request made within 30 days of receipt. Upon receiving your returned order, I will refund your payment and shipping fees in full.

Additional Information and Policies

Gift certificates are for services only and cannot be applied to candle purchases.

The candle I want is out of stock! When will new batches be ready? Because I try to ensure all of my ingredients meet a certain standard, sometimes ingredients aren’t readily available and periods between batches will be longer than others. I will always announce when a new batch is being worked on. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Burn tip: to ensure an even burn to the end, make sure to keep your candle lit long enough so the entire surface is melted every time you burn.
